Many of our customers have received emails from Doxo, stating that their doxo account has been disconnected. This disconnection is for the Doxo account, NOT the sewer service.

For our customers that were previously on doxo, you will now receive paper bills in the mail. Once you receive your new bill, you can visit our website,, and enroll in e-billing and autopay (with NO additional fees) all in one place.  From the home page, in the top right corner click on “Pay Your Bill With a Credit Card”, which will take you to our new payment portal. Once there, you can create a new account and get signed up for autopay and e-billing.

We apologize for any confusion, we were not consulted by Doxo as to the wording of the emails they would be sending out to our customers.
