Starting April 1st, Midway Sewer will be including City of Kent franchise fee for our customers within the City of Kent. The fee is 6.11%. This fee is collected by Midway Sewer and paid to the City of Kent. We are following the Kent City Council Ordinance No. 4300. This new franchise fee will only effect customers with a City of Kent service address.
