Burien Utility Tax

As of January 1st, our Burien customers will have a Utility Tax added to their account. The tax amount is 8.14%. This tax is collected by Midway Sewer & paid to the City of Burien. Questions regarding the assessment of the utility tax should be sent to the City of Burien.
